At Made by Adrian, we offer a bespoke jewelry experience that ensures every piece is uniquely crafted to meet our clients' exacting standards. Here’s a step-by-step guide to our bespoke order process, designed to provide transparency and a seamless experience from consultation to delivery.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

  • Objective: Understand the client’s vision and requirements.
  • Process:
    • Schedule an in-person or virtual consultation.
    • Present literature and a short presentation to help clients make informed decisions.
    • Educate clients about the industry, gemstone sourcing, and our bespoke process.
    • Provide an overview of our inventory and showcase sample pieces.
    • Discuss design preferences, gemstone types, and any specific requirements.

Step 2: Design Proposal and Quotation

  • Objective: Provide a detailed design proposal and cost estimate.
  • Process:
    • Develop initial design concepts based on the consultation. Either select from one of our customizable collection pieces, or design your own.
    • Select gemstones from our inventory or discuss sourcing rare stones.
    • Provide a detailed quotation, including the cost of gemstones, design, and craftsmanship.
    • Discuss the timeline for creation and delivery.

Step 3: Order Confirmation and Deposit

  • Objective: Secure the order and initial payment.
  • Process:
    • Review the final design and quotation with the client.
    • Confirm the order with a signed agreement.
    • Collect a deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost. For high-value gemstones like rubies and diamonds, a larger deposit may be required.
    • Provide a receipt and estimated completion date.

Step 4: Source, Construct and Update

  • Objective: Create the custom piece and keep the client informed.
  • Process:
    • Locate specific gems and diamonds required
    • Begin the crafting process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
    • Provide regular updates to the client on the progress.
    • Arrange for any additional certifications if desired by the client.

Step 5: Final Payment and Delivery

  • Objective: Complete the transaction and deliver the finished piece.
  • Process:
    • Upon completion, arrange a final review meeting with the client.
    • Ensure the piece meets all expectations and make any minor adjustments if necessary.
    • Collect the remaining 50% of the payment.
    • Provide certifications and documentation for the piece.
    • Arrange for secure delivery or in-person pick-up.

Minimum Value and High-Value Pieces

  • Minimum Order Value: All custom orders have a minimum value of $10,000 USD.
  • High-Value Gemstones: For gems like rubies and diamonds, the average order value will be higher. Specific deposit amounts and payment terms will be discussed during the consultation.

Additional Services

  • Investment-Grade Gems and Mineral Specimens: We specialize in sourcing and crafting with individual large gems and investment-grade mineral specimens.
  • Certification: We provide certification for all gemstones and pieces, ensuring authenticity and quality.

Billing and Payment Terms

  • Low Order Value- Payment in full is due when ordering if under $5000.
  • Deposit Required: 50% of the total cost is required upfront to secure order over $10000 In value. 
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion and delivery of the piece.
  • High-Value Items: Larger deposits may be required for high-value gemstones. Specific terms will be discussed during the consultation.
